Tony Stewart's All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series hits Lernerville Speedway in Sarver tonight.

Leading the charge into "The Action Track" is Aliquippa native Tim Shaffer.  Shaffer, known as the "Steel City Outlaw", has two All Star wins so far this season, at Bubba Raceway Park and Wayne County Speedway.  Shaffer also picked up a win at the World Sprint Car Championships at Mansfield Motor Speedway, edging Aaron Reutzel in a last lap battle.

Reutzel comes into Lernerville leading the All Star points standings behind the strength of a win at Sharon Speedway on May 11th.  Jac Haudenschild sits a mere 16-points behind Reutzel after an early season win at Attica Raceway Park in April.

Also part of the All Star field tonight is defending champion Chad Kemenah, 2018 Lernerville feature winner Cale Conley, veteran Dave Blaney, rising stars Carson Macedo and Parker Price Miller and former Lernerville track champions Carl Bowser and Brandon Spithaler.

In addition to the All Star's, the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint Cars will be making their first appearance at Lernerville tonight.  Greg Dobrosky took the checkered flag the last time the tour visited "The Action Track" in October of 2017.  Drew Ritchey took the victory in June of 2017.

Mother nature is finally cooperating with The RUSH Sprint Cars after the series suffered rainout after rainout to start the season.  Arnie Kent held off Gale Ruth Sr. back on May 16th.

Lernerville's Pits will open tonight at 4 p.m. with the grandstands opening at 5 p.m.  Hot laps are scheduled at 6:45 p.m. with time trials immediately following.  Racing is set to begin around 8 p.m.
