LATROBE (93.7 the Fan) - Steelers All-Pro receiver Antonio Brown returned to St. Vincent College on Tuesday after missing the last several practices.  Brown won’t play in the first pre-season game on Thursday due to an undisclosed injury.

“He’s getting closer to a return in terms of his health, but he won’t play in the game like a bunch of others with a myriad of injuries.  Look forward to getting him back out there when we get back from Philadelphia.”

Brown declined an interview request after the Steelers morning practice on Wednesday.

Tomlin said T.J Watt, Bud Dupree and Vance McDonald won’t play, but didn’t rule anyone else out except Ben Roethlisberger.  The starting quarterback won’t play due to a coach’s decision.  Tomlin wouldn’t name the starting QB or what the rotation will be.
