(93.7 The Fan) Despite Antonio Brown apologizing to Ben Roethlisberger and wanting to come back to a team in the NFL, head coach Mike Tomlin said the team has no interest at this moment on resigning the wide receiver.

Tomlin took to ESPN’s First Take with Stephan A. Smith to discuss the Myles Garrett accusations against Mason Rudolph.

After displaying his disappointment with Garrett, Tomlin was asked by Smith about Brown and his apologies and if there is any possibility of a return.

“Once a Steeler, always a Steeler,” Tomlin said, but would continue to say there is no interest at this time on offering Brown a new contract in Pittsburgh.

It looks like there is respect between the team and Brown but no shot for a return.

Tomlin also said that he expects Roethlisberger to be healthy and ready for week one of the 2020 season.
