PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - The arrivals at St. Vincent College in Latrobe to kick off Steelers Training Camp were a little bit more subdued this year than in the past.

There was no helicopter and Vince Williams didn’t storm the camp like WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.

But one player showed up in a way that symbolizes he is ready to go to work.

Wide receiver Eli Rogers arrived in a semi-truck Thursday afternoon.

He jumped off of the truck in a bright green construction uniform, overalls and a hard hat. He was also carrying a barbell with weights on the side.

Rogers missed a large part of last season still recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in the 2017 Divisional Playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

He made his return last December 16 and in three games at 12 catches for 79 yards.
