PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan)- We were afraid this would happen.

Once the Steelers lost in heartbreaking fashion to the Saints in New Orleans last week and we realized the Steelers would need to rely not only on a win against the Bengals, but a win from the Browns over the Ravens, the postseason was anything but a sure bet.

Pittsburgh came out remarkably flat in the first half but ultimately put the Bengals away at Heinz Field in a 16-13 win. Then all they could do was watch.

Watch as the Browns tried to get themselves into field goal range down 26-24 with under two minutes to play. Watch as their rookie QB Baker Mayfield went against the top-ranked defense in the NFL. Watch as the Browns crumbled under heavy blitzes. Watch as they lost the game, ended their season and effectively ended the Steelers season simultaneously.

So now what?

According to the 93.7 The Fan textline and interaction on social media...it's change. In many ways.

Many have said that just about everybody is to blame for the Steelers sitting on the bench for the postseason.

One fan called for the firing of defensive coordinator Keith Butler and specials teams coordinator Danny Smith for their units' failures and inconsistencies.

Another fan called not for firing but for hiring. "A replay coach. And a time management coach. Tomlin can't do either."

Still others, as you would expect, went straight to this..."Fire Tomlin!!!"

Even Kevin Colbert is under fire as fans grow more upset and impatient with the development of top draft picks.

What changes would you like to see made?
