PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan)- Steelers guard Ramon Foster joined The Fan Morning Show for the first of what will be a weekly appearance on Tuesday's at 8:00 am throughout the season.

Foster didn't shy away from admitting that the Steelers simply got trounced on Sunday night against the Patriots at Gillette Stadium and said all they can do now is learn from it.

"One game doesn't define you. There was a lot of stuff to learn from. The biggest thing is the embarrassment of if you don't have your stuff together, you're going to get rolled over."

The Steelers will have to regroup quickly, as a stout defensive line rolls into town on Sunday in the form of Jadeveon Clowney and the Seattle Seahawks.

Foster said the other side of the ball won't get much of a break either as Russell Wilson is one of the most dynamic players in the league. The Steelers have already taken their lumps to begin the season, now it's time to right the ship at Heinz Field Sunday at 1 pm. Foster believes it's always important to defend your home field.
