Former Steelers RB Jerome Bettis joined The Cook and Joe Show on Thursday and he said he doesn’t see the Steelers offense looking much different that what you have been used to seeing.

Listen to your team news NOW.

"I think you will see that same types of plays," Bettis said. "Just going to be a different name on the back of the jersey that are being thrown to."

Bettis said the offense will continue to try and stretch the field and do the types of things they have done in the past to move the football but it might not be as explosive as you might remember it won’t be something you haven’t seen before.

He says the players that are here have huge voids to fill in the loss of Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell but guys like James Washington and JuJu Smith0Schuster and James Conner can do it and he expects them to do it.

“These guys know they are going to have to increase their production,” Bettis added. “and become the stars they are capable of.”

Bettis also talked about the  drama of AB that has followed him to the Oakland Raiders and Bettis catching up with Coach Cowher over the weekend and what he expects Le’Veon bell to do in the big apple.
