PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - NFL Insider John Clayton doesn't want to get sucked in by the Cleveland Browns hype just yet.

Joining the PM Team for his weekly segment Clayton said, "I'm still going back and forth on it because certainly on paper they look really good, but now his quarterback called out Duke Johnson that wasn't good."

Clayton compared what Mayfield did to Duke Johnson, what Ben Roethlisberger has done to his teammates. "You call out a player negatively when you shouln't have, that creates disharmony and there was no reason Baker Mayfield should have done that."

Clayton continued by saying he would give the edge to the Steelers over the Brown based on offense alone.

"I still think in the end they can score more points. Defensively I think it's pretty even. I can't see a one game difference between Cleveland and Pittsburgh because look at the heirarchy," said Clayton. I think the Chargers are up there, Indianapolis, New England is number one, and Kansas City. So the Steelers are number 4 or 5."

John Clayton can be heard on the PM Team every Friday.
