PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan)- Depressingly, Wild Card weekend came and went without the Steelers participation in it.

Steelers fans were left to sit and watch the LA Chargers take care of the Baltimore Ravens on the road, wondering if things would have been different had Philip Rivers and his squad been facing the Steelers at Heinz Field.

The Steelers already chose not to renew the contract of linebackers coach Joey Porter in what was their first move of the offseason. But what's next? Are there more changes on the way?

93.7 The Fan's Steelers insider Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette joined The Fan Morning Show Monday morning to give his take.

"Well, I don't know if it's the end [of the moves] but I wrote this...I don't know if there's going to be a lot of changes just because people want changes. I don't know that it was individual coaches who lost this season if you will," said Bouchette. "I look over that coaching staff, they made a number of changes last year. The [offensive] coordinator they booted out, they changed John Mitchell and got a new defensive line coach and a new secondary coach and a new wide receivers coach. So, I don't know that they're going to make a lot of changes."

Ed did give insight into what he thinks may happen with player personnel this offseason.

"Le'Veon [Bell] would have been the big story right now if it weren't for Antonio [Brown]. We'd be talking about, 'Might they tag him?' But, I don't think they're going to do anything with Le'Veon and I do think they'll try to trade Antonio," said Bouchette. "You know, they didn't make the playoffs, maybe it's time to...not so much start over but...move on. There's only one guy in there that has a Super Bowl ring, although Ridley has one, it's Ben Roethlisberger. You can win with them, you can win without them. You can lose with them, you can lose without them. They do need cornerbacks and they do need linebackers."

Ed also believes that a first round pick would be a fair return for Antonio Brown if the Steelers were to ship him out. Ed says anything more is wishful thinking and anything less is not enough.

Should there be more coaching staff and personnel changes to this Steelers team? What should be their next move?
