The Pittsburgh Resources Council is helping to make your cleaning, go green!

With glass being removed from many residential recycling programs around the city, the PRC has announced different pop-up locations around Pittsburgh to recycle glass products.

The events will accept all colors of glass, bottles, and jars on scheduled Saturdays from 9 a.m-2 p.m. The events will not accept window glass, drinking glasses or stemware, or ceramics.

Here are all of the event locations that are already scheduled:

September 14: O’Hara Township Municipal Lot
September 14: Edgeworth Elementary School
September 21: Dormont Pool
September 28: South Strabane Administration Building
October 12: Mt. Lebanon main Park Commissioners Lot
October 19: Scott Township Park
October 26: Murrysville Municipal Building
November 9: Moon Township Municipal Building
