PITTSBURGH (93.7 The FAN) - Looking back on what led to him throwing a game-ending interception, Ben Roethlisberger walked us through the final plays of the game on The #1 Cochran Ben Roethlisberger Show.

"I never in a million years would have imagined that Pouncey would have blocked a defensive lineman all the way back into the end zone and he would have made that play.  I've had balls intercepted by defensive lineman that have dropped into coverage, but never a guy that's getting blocked all the way into the end zone."

Many have argued that even if the defensive lineman didn't pick off the pass intended for Antonio Brown that the cornerback covering him would have done the same.  Ben told us he had words with AB about his effort on that play.

"Looking at it on film...he did undercut AB.  Who knows what would have happened.  That's where I talked to AB, like 'AB, you have to come flat.  You can't drift in the endzone because those undercuts can happen.'"

As Ben walked us through the play-calling at the end of the game, he gave a surprising answer to what he would have been willing to do.

"We came back on third down, and I wanted to even go back to the same play [as on first down].  I was gonna throw it to Juju again.  I think we should have went to him four straight plays."
