PITTSBURGH (93.7 The FAN) - With a win against the Kansas City Chiefs, Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Tomlin will tie Chuck Noll and Terry Bradshaw on the all-time head coach/quarterback duo win list.

The PM Team of Andrew Fillipponi and Chris Mueller tackled this question and which duo they think is the better of the two.

"The perception I think in town of each man," speaking of Ben and Bradshaw, "could not be more wildly different" Mueller said.  Chris went on to add that the perception of Noll and Tomlin is drastically different in that Noll gets a ton of the credit for the teams Super Bowl titles while Tomlin is viewed more as a passenger along for the ride.

"It's not out of the question that by the end of the year, Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Tomlin will not only have more wins than Noll and Bradshaw, but there's an outside shot that they pass Shula and Marino!" Andrew pointed out.

Andrew also asks the question that when Ben and Tomlin pass Bradshaw and Noll, what will it mean?  Will it mean that they're better than the four-time Super Bowl winners?

The top of the list looks like this:

  1. Tom Brady and Bill Belichick - 191 wins
  2. Dan Marino and Don Shula - 116 wins
  3. Terry Bradshaw and Chuck Noll - 107 wins
