It's been nearly a month since the Patriots admitted to illegally videotaping the Bengals sideline and field during their game in Cleveland the week prior to their Week 15 game against New England.

But, they said it did not have anything to do with football operations and was the video production team taping a "Do Your Job" feature on an advanced scout.

The NFL has been investigating the matter, and it appears the Patriots will in fact be facing discipline.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Patriots are expected to face a penalty, which will come in the next two weeks. The report adds not all security reports are back to NFL yet.

It does appear as of now the league hasn't found any connection to Bill Belichick and football operations, which was reported in the Washington Post earlier this week.

So, as long as nothing else is discovered, it would seem the Patriots will be facing a fine and possible loss of a draft pick, as that is the prescient set for gameday infractions in recent years.
