PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - The Pittsburgh Riverhounds welcomed Nashville SC to Highmark Stadium Saturday night to wrap up this 3-week stretch of home games before going back on the road for two next week against Charleston and in three weeks against Memphis.

Nashville was able to get on the board first with a goal just before halftime and took the 1-0 lead into the half.

Nashville added a 2nd goal in the 66th minute and the game would remain 2-0 until Christian Volesky got the Riverhounds on the board to cut the deficit in half.

Five minutes of stoppage time was added at the end of the game and the Riverhounds took advantage when Ryan James put one in the net off of a Nashville defender.

The Riverhounds had a couple of nice chances to take the lead before the end of stoppage time, but the game would end in a 2-2 tie.  And with the tie, the Riverhounds extend their unbeaten streak to 6 games.

The tie gives the Riverhounds (2-1-4) 10 points in the standings which has them tied with Louisville City FC, Atlanta United 2, Birmingham Legion FC and Bethlehem Steel FC who all have 10 points.  They are also now 1 point behind Nashville SC for 7th place in the Eastern Conference Standings.
