PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - There will be no shortage of offseason stories for the Pittsburgh Steelers after they have failed to make the playoffs and the drama surrounding the team. Steelers Fan Insider Ed Bouchette of the Post-Gazette joined The Cook and Joe Show on Wednesday to talk about what lies ahead for the team.

It starts with what to do with Antonio Brown. Do they trade him or will he be back?

“I think they will look into and see what they can get,” Bouchette said. “He has become a problem that won’t go away.”

Bouchette has had talks with two people close to the organization which one says there is no way he can be back on the team next year while the other says they will find a way so he will not be surprised either way by what they decide to do.

If Brown is moved Bouchette thinks he is worth a number 1 draft pick.

“If it was anything lower than that I don’t know if I would do it,” Bouchette added. “If you remove Antonio Brown and you don’t get anything back for him I don’t know what your offense is going to look like with Juju and Washington and some of the periphery guys. You need another big time receiver in here.”

Bouchette also talks to the guys about the Steelers potential free agents and who may or may not return.

He also thinks the coaching moves that have been made are the only changes to his staff.

“I don’t think so” Bouchette said. “It would have been done by now.”
