Terry Bradshaw Once Again Slams Coach Tomlin

I’m sorry but he’s not my kind of coach and I said it before and I’ll say it again

SAN DIEGO (93.7 The Fan) - It’s no big secret that Terry Bradshaw isn’t a big fan of the way Mike Tomlin coaches the Steelers and he’s on the attack again.

On Wednesday the 4-time Super Bowl Champion quarterback and NFL analyst said told San Diego's 97.3 The Fan, “Mike Tomlin is winning football games but at the same time Super Bowls are disappearing.”

Bradshaw asked how the Steelers can have the offense they’ve had the past few years and not make the Super Bowl at least once or twice.

“And to lose at home to Jacksonville, I don’t care how Jacksonville played New England in the championship game. You don’t lose . . . I mean Ben and those guys on the offense should have won the game 42-17, 42-10 and they didn’t so I look at the head coach.”

Bradshaw adds that he played for a “tough sucker” in Chuck Noll and that he doesn’t see the same thing in Tomlin.

“We feared [Noll> and I don’t see that with this guy, [Tomlin’s> chest bumping and all that,” said Bradshaw. “I’m sorry but he’s not my kind of coach and I said it before and I’ll say it again,” said Bradshaw.

Bradshaw also talked about the Le’Veon Bell holdout situation and he thinks it’s time to get rid of him.

“The Steelers, the history of that organization is that they draft well and I would move this running back down the highway, tell him thank you . . . and I’d go work my defense back up, I’d get that defense back to where it should be.”

That prompted Bradshaw to question Tomlin’s decision to fire Offensive Coordinator Todd Haley but keep Defensive Coordinator Keith Butler.

“I don’t know why you fire the offensive coordinator who gave you 42 points and you kept the defense.”
