Sarver, PA (93.7 The Fan) - Friday night is Championship Night at Lernerville Speedway.  Two track championships are still up for grabs on the final Fab4 Fueled by Turners Premium Iced Tea evening at "The Action Track".

Two drivers are in the hunt for the Peoples Gas DIRTcar Sprints Championship.  AJ Flick is looking to make it back-to-back titles and Jack Sodeman Jr. is shooting for his second track title.  Sodeman Jr. won the title in 2016.  Flick holds a 9-point lead heading into tonight’s action.

Two drivers are fighting for the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar/RUSH Pro Stocks title.  Corey McPherson holds a 7-point lead over Tyler Dietz.  Each driver has visited Terry Bowser Victory Lane four times this season.

Two championships are up for grabs but two championships have been decided by two drivers who have had exceptional seasons.

Michael Norris is the 2018 Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Model Champion.  It’s the second consecutive Late Model title for “The Crusher Kid”.  Norris captured the title on the strength of seven feature wins.

Rex King Jr. is the 2018 Diehl Automotive DIRTcar Big Block Modified Champion.  King Jr scored 5-main event wins and scored podium finishes in all but one event.  The title is King Jr’s first since 2014, the year he captured the Lernerville, Sharon Speedway and BRP Modified Tour titles.

Fireworks will take place after the events to celebrate all of the Champions.

Lernerville’s pits open at 4 p.m. with the Grandstands opening at 5 p.m.  Racing starts at 7:30 p.m. sharp.

Adult general admission is $15, $12 for seniors, $10 for students ages 11-17 and children 10 and under are free.
